International American Massage & Body Professional provides third party payment holding and disbursement services designed to help facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers (an escrow style service).
Important clarification: International American Massage & Body Professional is a service platform that supports escrow style transactions. We do not provide massage or bodywork services ourselves and we are not a bank.
2. Definitions
- Platform means International American Massage & Body Professional’s website, mobile applications, and related services.
- Transaction means any exchange of funds processed through the Services.
- Buyer means the party sending funds into escrow.
- Seller means the party receiving funds from escrow.
- Escrow Account means the secure holding account used for Transaction funds.
3. Service Description

3.2 Transaction Process

- Buyer deposits funds
- Seller fulfills obligations
- Buyer approves completion (or a release condition is met)
- Funds are released to Seller
4. Eligibility and Account Registration
4.1 Requirements
To use the Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have legal capacity to enter binding contracts
- Reside in a jurisdiction where the Services are permitted
- Provide valid identification and required documentation
4.2 Account Verification
You may be required to provide:

The Services may not be used for Transactions involving:
- Illegal goods or services
- Controlled substances
- Weapons or ammunition
- Counterfeit items

- Maximum Transaction limits based on account verification level
- Minimum Transaction amounts
- Geographic limitations
- Currency limitations
7. User Obligations
7.1 Buyer Obligations
Buyer agrees to:
- Provide accurate Transaction details
- Deposit required funds promptly
- Inspect goods or services within the agreed timeframe
- Provide timely approval or dispute notification
7.2 Seller Obligations
Seller agrees to:
- Provide accurate descriptions of goods or services
- Deliver services or goods as agreed
- Maintain proof of delivery or completion when applicable
- Respond promptly to Buyer inquiries
8. Fund Holding and Disbursement
8.1 Fund Security
- Funds are held in segregated escrow accounts where applicable
- Security measures are used to protect funds and account access
- Funds may be subject to compliance and verification checks
8.2 Disbursement Rules
- Standard holding periods may apply
- Additional holds may apply for higher risk Transactions
- Verification may be required before release
- Automatic release timelines may apply where specified
9. Dispute Resolution

- Review is conducted by International American Massage & Body Professional
- A decision is made and funds are allocated accordingly

- Accept liability for user misrepresentation
- Accept liability for events outside our reasonable control (force majeure)

- A maximum amount equal to fees paid for the relevant Transaction
- No consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages (unless required by law)

- Extended inactivity
- Risk management reasons
13. Changes and Modifications

- We will provide at least 30 days notice for material changes when practicable
- Changes required by law may take effect immediately
- Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance
